THE SOUND OF SILENCE

There are many ways to reduce stress caused by noise. The first is to start the day with some silence and during this take a deep breath, empty your mind and repeatedly say to yourself my mind is calm , my body is relaxed and my heart beat is normal .
Imagine your self looking up at the blue sky full of soft white clouds . Stop talking so much and start thinking instead .
A professor called stephen palmer said that you should take your mind throught a series of relaxing images such as looking at the stars at night . Turning off all the electrical equipment really helps to reduce stress. Going out to a quiet place and Eating lunch in a park instead of eating it in the office or class room reduces stress.
